History of conceptual plan

The development of the Conceptual Drinking Water Supply Plan started in 2018. In September 2020, the MPCA and DNR released the draft plan with three recommended options, followed by a series of public meetings. The comprehensive set of recommended options was open for public comment through December 10, 2020.
